Mode Design Corporation was developed in 2005 to further develop the founding practice of Rhonan O'Brien Architects and Designers Pty Ltd. The History of the practice began in 1991 and has grown into a multidisciplinary company with over 30 permanent staff.
The practice has undertaken projects throughout the Eastern Seaboard of Australia, Indonesia , Vietnam , Hawaii and Dubai . The Client list includes all levels of Government, Industrial bodies, corporate entities, private and public property developers and a wide range of construction companies.
The project types in which the practice has a significant depth of experience includes Resorts and Hospitality, Multi-unit Residential, Educational facilities, Defence Projects, Industrial Buildings, Health and Medical facilities, Mining and Infrastructure projects and Masterplanning for new towns/ town centres.
The practice is committed to recruiting the best available staff and resources including hardware and software that is state of the art for the production of design and also management of the practice. Computer networking and security is managed by external consultants to ensure all current and recorded data has maximum protection.
Masterplanning, Architecture and Interior projects produced by the practice have received numerous awards for innovative and sustainable design.
The practice has adopted a ‘continual learning’ policy for all directors and staff and is committed to producing well considered environmentally sustainable designs.
